The pinnacle of sales eminence, Lender Certification truly sets top organizations and teams apart from the rest of the industry.
Lenders must have 50% of their LOs or 80% of their LOs who are dedicated to LendingTree leads go through and get at least Gold Leaf certified. They have to pay $999 annually for the Lender certification. 80% of management must complete leadership training ($599 / time to complete 4 hours). Must maintain a minimum 3.5 star rating on Ratings & Reviews page on LendingTree.
